Bonnie Josefski is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. Bonnie is currently serving as the District Sales Manager for the Pembroke Pines Office at The Keyes Company which is one of the largest independent real estate companies in Florida.   

Bonnie began her career at The Keyes Company as a Realtor Associate, where she fine-tuned her skills in property transactions and client relations. Recognizing her passion for mentoring and guiding others, she took on the roles of Mentor, Field Trainer, and eventually became a Broker Associate and District Sale Manager. Through these roles, Bonnie has been instrumental in sharing her knowledge and assisting aspiring professionals in navigating the complexities of the real estate landscape.

Prior to her successful career in real estate, Bonnie held a distinguished position as a general manager with a major retail chain.  She graduated Clemson University with a BS Degree in Business Administration.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Bonnie is deeply committed to community service. As a Past President of the Pembroke Pines/Miramar Rotary Club, she actively worked towards improving the lives of others through various philanthropic initiatives.
